Boundaries have moved since 2009 (the AEP Texas Central/North merger, the Sharyland asset swap, and Oncor's acquisition of the Sharyland distribution system all postdate the sheet). Accuracy is roughly one pixel of the published sheet, a mile or two on the ground. Do not use this to determine who delivers electricity to a premise — use an address or ZIP level eligibility lookup for that.",
